Manufacturing quotations provided by Roboni Group Manufacturer are based on specified order quantities, fabric specifications, printing/embroidery methods, and currency exchange rates. Quotations are typically valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing due to raw textile market fluctuations.
Pre-production samples (PPS) are produced upon request or order confirmation to verify measurements, stitching construction, and printing accuracy. Mass bulk production will commence only after the client approves physical samples or high-resolution photo prototypes in writing.
In accordance with international textile manufacturing practices:
Standard international B2B export payment terms require an initial deposit upon proforma invoice sign-off to initiate fabric procurement and sample development, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment dispatch or upon provision of the airway bill (AWB) or bill of lading (B/L). We accept secure commercial bank wire transfers (T/T), international remittances, and confirmed letters of credit for large container shipments.
All export consignments are packed in protective poly-lined export cartons and handed over to international freight carriers (DHL, FedEx, airline cargo, or sea vessels) originating from Sialkot, Pakistan. While we facilitate all export documentation from Pakistan, the buyer is responsible for destination import customs clearance, tariffs, and local taxes unless explicitly quoted on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms.
